Garment production,
run like software.

ALLEN AS CLOTHING is a digital production platform for modern clothing brands. Tech packs, sampling, small-batch manufacturing, quality gates, and replenishment — one pipeline from spec to doorstep.

Services

Five services, one production record.

Most apparel coordination dies in inboxes and spreadsheets. Here, every service reads and writes the same spec — so nothing contradicts anything.

01 · Tech pack intelligence

Specs that people and production lines both read.

Your tech pack becomes structured data: bills of materials, grade rules, tolerances, and construction notes stored once and versioned forever. Every downstream step — sampling, cutting, QC — reads from the same record, so nothing is lost in a spreadsheet or an email thread.

  • +Structured BOM and measurement charts
  • +Versioned grade rules with change history
  • +Tolerances carried into QC checkpoints

02 · Digital sampling

Sample loops measured in days, not months.

Sample requests go out against the locked spec, and every revision lands back in the platform with annotated photos against the exact seam or measurement it touches. One clear revision loop replaces the back-and-forth that usually burns weeks.

  • +Annotated revision threads per sample
  • +Fit comments pinned to measurements
  • +One revision loop included in every sample run

03 · Small-batch scheduling

Cut-and-sew slots matched to real capacity.

Instead of bidding your order out and hoping, the pipeline books production slots against confirmed line capacity. Small batches stop being an exception brands apologize for — they are the unit the whole schedule is built around.

  • +Slots booked against confirmed capacity
  • +30 to 5,000 unit batches planned weekly
  • +Delays surfaced before they reach your calendar

04 · Quality gates

Inline QC with photo evidence at every checkpoint.

Quality is checked where it is cheapest to fix: after cutting, mid-sewing, and again at finishing. Each gate records measurements and photos against the spec, so an outbound defect rate of 0.7% is a logged fact — not a promise in a deck.

  • +Three inline gates: cut, sew, finish
  • +Photo evidence archived per checkpoint
  • +Defect findings routed before packing

05 · Replenishment automation

Your reorder is placed before the shelf is empty.

Connect sell-through data and the pipeline watches velocity per style and size. When a curve says it is time, a reorder draft — spec, slots, and timeline already matched — is waiting for one click of approval.

  • +Sell-through signals per style and size
  • +Reorder drafts pre-matched to capacity
  • +Standing calendar for repeat programs

Pipeline

Spec to carton in about 50 days.

A first run through the pipeline follows one honest timeline. Each stage hands a finished record to the next — no stage starts from a guess.

  1. 01

    DAYS 1–3

    Spec lock

Tech pack finalized: BOM, grade rules, and tolerances agreed and frozen. Everything downstream reads from this one record.

  2. 02

    DAYS 4–17

    Sample run

30 to 100 units cut and sewn against the locked spec. Fit and construction validated with one annotated revision loop.

  3. 03

    DAYS 18–45

    Batch production

Capacity-slotted cut and sew with inline quality gates at cutting, sewing, and finishing — evidence recorded at each one.

  4. 04

    DAYS 46–50

    Fulfillment

Packed, labeled, and routed to your 3PL or doorstep, with tracking and QC records written back into the same dashboard.

Runs

Pick your run size.

The pipeline prices by run, not by hour. Start with samples, commit to a batch, or stand up a program that reorders itself.

Sample run

30–100 units

Validate fit and construction before committing capital.

  • ·One style
  • ·10–14 days to finished samples
  • ·One annotated revision loop
  • ·Fit session with recorded measurements

Batch run

500–5,000 units

Production slots booked against real line capacity.

  • ·Up to 4 styles per run
  • ·Capacity-matched schedule
  • ·Three inline quality gates
  • ·QC evidence archived per checkpoint

Program

Ongoing

A standing production calendar with replenishment built in.

  • ·Quarterly production calendar
  • ·Replenishment automation on sell-through
  • ·Dedicated production manager
  • ·Season-over-season spec memory

Company

Built by people who think production is a software problem.

01

Software first, sewing second.

The hard part of modern apparel is not stitching — it is coordination. So the platform treats specs, slots, and quality records as the product, and the factory floor as the execution layer.

02

Small batches are a feature.

Most of the industry is built to reward volume and punish hesitation. The pipeline is built the other way: short runs, fast loops, and reorders triggered by evidence.

03

Evidence over promises.

Every gate writes a record — measurements, photos, timestamps. When we say 96.4% on-time, it is because the ledger says so, not because the brochure does.
